quiet sleeping on freshly-ironed linens. Air conditioning is available
in most rooms for that occasional hot, humid night. In the morning,
have a cup of our special blend coffee (available for purchase) or
assortment of unique teas, as you awaken to another great day in charming
"Dune Country". A complete gourmet breakfast is served at
8:30 and 9:15 at our antique farm table with a performance by the
resident bird community.
 SEASON:
Season prices are effective from June 15 until Labor
Day weekend, all weekends in September and October.
Off-season prices are in effect the
remainder of the year.

Bear Room - A queen-sized sleigh bed is featured along with
antique collections and comfortable chairs. The private bath has
been specially designed, featuring a two-person shower.
Rate: Season-$150 per night; off-season $135 per night
 Sunset
Room - Double French doors welcome you to this special room.
A king-sized bed and comfortable, oversized chair make this the
perfect room for reading and relaxing. A private bath with two-person
whirlpool and separate shower ensures a special get-away. This room
also has a private entrance with its own porch.
Rate: Season-$175 per night; off-season $160 per night
 Michigan
Room - Tucked into the front of the upstairs quarters,this spacious
room features a pencil-post bed that will pamperyou in comfort.
This room shares a bath with a shower.
Rate: Season-$120 per night; off-season $105 per night
Gilbert Room - Enjoy the charm of a country farmhouse with
this queen-sized brass bed and antique furnishings that recall a
bygone era. This room shares a bath with a shower.
Rate: Season-$110 per night; off-season $95 per night
 Leelanau
Room - A queen-sized bed and antique dresser await guests to
this spacious upper-level room. A private bath with a soaking tub
and skylight make this a perfect room to relax after a busy day
exploring the peninsula.
Rate: Season-$150 per night; off-season $135 per night
All rates are for single or double occupancy. Additional guests,
including children, are season - $15 each, off-season - $10 each.
Many rooms have an additional bed or can be expanded.
